Pastry Artist Job Description
The ideal candidate for this Pastry Artist position will be responsible for creating a diverse array of desserts, semi freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more. The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of experience in the field and possess a genuine interest in innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Take charge of ingredient selection for various dessert products.
* Assume responsibility for the daily production of desserts, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
* Monitor product quality at various stages and devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings.
* Create imaginative decorations for cakes, ice creams, and other items.
* Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards.
* Operate a variety of tools, mixers, and machinery effectively.
* Assist in training staff members.
Requirements:

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
