Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with disability, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.

With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. **The Role**
We are currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Support Workers in **the Delaney's Creek Area**. These roles may include shifts such as days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, weekend, and short notice shifts so flexibility is a must.
As a Support Worker with RCS, you will be responsible for the individualised support requested by our Participants. These supports may include personal care, emotional support, domestic assistance, complex care, mental health, and personal development of our Participants. You will provide a range of community access services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community.
RCS Support Workers strive to make our Participants feel valued, respected and engage them in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

**Skills and Experiences**
- Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities highly desirable.
- Must have a QLD driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain before employment)
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' module (or willing to obtain before employment)
- COVID 19 Infection Control certificate (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Full Australian working rights
- Smart phone with internet access
- One - Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required
