As the Marketing Manager for a leading pet insurance brand in Australia, you'll be at the heart of a purpose-driven marketing team, working to deliver effective marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth, and ultimately support the health and wellbeing of pets across Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Market & Product Strategy, this role is responsible for managing the operations of the marketing function, including the marketing team and day-to-day engagement with agencies and strategic partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
You'll play a key role in supporting the relaunch and growth of a leading pet insurance brand in Australia. You'll manage a distributed marketing team across Australia and South Africa and be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, content and brand channels that support customer acquisition and business growth.
To support collaboration across Australia and South Africa, the core hours for this role are typically 10am - 6pm.
From campaign development through to delivery and performance reporting, you'll ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively – all while ensuring our brand values of care, integrity, and empathy shine through in every message.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable juggling multiple projects, and enjoys managing and supporting a collaborative marketing team. You'll work closely with internal teams, agencies and partner organisations to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and meet brand and governance requirements.
Most importantly, you'll be playing a key part in a brand dedicated to protecting Australian pets and supporting important animal welfare work across the country.
In this role you will...
* Manage a distributed marketing team across Australia and South Africa, supporting collaboration and effective campaign delivery.
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, content and brand channels.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver campaign content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
* Manage stakeholder communications internally and externally.
* Monitor marketing performance and analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities, ensuring campaigns support sales targets while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
* Manage engagement with marketing agencies, suppliers and key partner stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
* Improve marketing processes and documentation to support efficient campaign delivery.
* Maintain effective marketing processes including briefing, workflow management and campaign delivery tracking.
* Ensure marketing materials meet brand, governance and approval requirements.
What you will bring...
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field
* 4+ years in a senior marketing or managerial role
* Experience managing distributed or remote marketing teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in marketing project management and campaign reporting
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
* Experience working with agencies and multiple stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives.
