Our vision is to be Oceania’s most trusted dairy company, driven by those that live and breathe dairy.About the OpportunityReporting to the National Key Accounts Manager, the Key Account Manager will build and maintain robust business relationships to generate new business within our key accounts, assisting in the development of new accounts on a National or State group level.In this highly varied and diverse role within our experienced and passionate Foodservice team, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of the overall key account strategy, as well as assist in the management of key accounts to develop relationships and seize new business opportunities.As the Key Account Manager, you will be incredibly results driven and will strive to achieve budget for key accounts, as well as create and implement plans that provide profitable growth opportunities for Fonterra.This position will also see you:Build and maintain robust business relationships with key accounts.Identify opportunities within the key account landscape.Communication and activity coordination with distributor key account teams.Support state teams in developing localised key account opportunities.Manage and drive Key Account specific NPD projects.Manage the new customer pipeline and co-ordinate regular reviews with the Regional Sales Managers and National Customer Managers.With a high level of autonomy and flexibility, Sydney is the preferred location of this role, but we will also consider Melbourne or Brisbane candidates.About YouAs our Key Account Manager, you have previously managed sales in a Foodservice environment with a strong understanding of how key accounts work, as well as experience in managing a diverse group of foodservice customers.You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.In addition, you will have:A proven track record of meeting targets in a similar role.Strong commercial acumen, teamed with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Thrive on working in a team environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ready to make your mark?
