Payroll Officer
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team in the Kimberley region.
* Key responsibilities include:
1. Fortnightly payroll processing and any out-of-cycle pays;
2. Ensuring accuracy of the fortnightly payroll;
3. Verifying employee pays according to their contracts of employment;
4. Maintaining the payroll system by applying updates regarding award or interpretation changes;
5. Maintaining salary sacrifice deductions, processing payments to external providers;
6. Assisting the finance department as required.
A genuine interest in payroll and finance, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
Successful applicants must hold a current driver's license, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and undergo a national police check prior to employment.

This role offers an attractive remuneration package including:
* A base salary of $99,766 plus superannuation;
* Annual airfares subsidy of $1,285 p.a. (after 12 months of service);
* District allowance of $2,920 (single) or $5,840 (double);
* Electricity allowance of $1,440;
* Accommodation allowance of $13,000;
* 5 weeks' annual leave.
