Training Instructional Designer
We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and multimedia applications, as well as contemporary learning management systems.
The training instructional designer will be responsible for analysing learning needs and developing instruction processes, products and materials. This will involve consulting with subject matter experts and specialists to elicit the most effective strategies for shaping learning materials into engaging products that maximise the learner experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge and skills in:
* Web and multimedia applications (Adobe Creative Cloud)
* Contemporary learning management systems (Moodle, Learn eXcel Perform)
* Systems approach to defence learning (ADDIE Model)
Experience working in instructional design and/or digital design in a training organisation is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the defence or vocational education and training sectors.
