About the Role
Working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within a beautiful regional location within Shepparton, Victoria.
As the Clinical Manager, you will lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary care team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and all regulatory requirements.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader, confident in delivering clinical support when needed, promoting best practice, and guiding your team through complex care requirements.
Drawing on your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you will build trusted relationships with residents, families, and external providers, fostering transparency, collaboration, and active participation in care planning and lifestyle outcomes.
Main Duties
* Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
* Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
* Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
* Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
* Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship & development experience.
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
* Consultative & effective communication skills.
