As our New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership — managing enquiries, running test drives, presenting vehicles to a high standard, and delivering a smooth, professional experience for every customer. You’ll enjoy strong lead flow, excellent stock availability, and genuine support from a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Present, demonstrate, and explain new and used vehicles
- Conduct test drives and follow up all enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain yard and showroom presentation standards
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets with strong team and management support
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in automotive sales is ideal, but strong retail or customer-facing experience is also valued
- Professional communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
- A motivated self-starter who is organised and goal-driven
- Ability to work well within a team and build rapport easily
- Full driver’s licence (essential)
