The Role
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our participants by applying their extensive knowledge of the NDIS to provide expert advice to ensure that our participants receive the best possible support and services.
* Manage end-to-end NDIS Plan Management process
* Contact person for internal and external customers, participants, and stakeholders
* Support participants by providing expert NDIS plan utilisation advice regarding claimable supports
About you
* Knowledge and experience in NDIS Plan Management
* Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and limits
* Experience in using Plan Management CRM, knowledge of MYP is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Qualification in Finance or Accounting would be desirable but is not essential
