Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not‐for‐profit organisation that delivers specialist home‐based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

As an organisation, EPC takes pride in its values—Compassion, Dignity, Excellence and Empowerment—and its overall dedication to client‐centred care in our local community.

EPC respects all individuals and promotes equity and inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people of all genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, racial, cultural and religious backgrounds and socio‐economic status.

* Experience developing and delivering training modules, both face‐to‐face and online
* Experience managing end‐to‐end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Tertiary qualifications in health, community, or education sector (or sustained work experience in one or more of these fields)
* At least 3 years of experience working with volunteers is preferred
