Join Deakin as the Manager, Campaign and Advancement Projects and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Deakin's recently launched campaign: Together, the Campaign for Deakin, which aims to engage 150,000 alumni and raise $150 million. Reporting to the Director, Campaign Strategy, you'll lead innovative engagement programs, create educational offerings for our academic community, and drive collaboration across the University. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on project planning, change management, and continuous improvement. You'll build networks, foster best practice, and ensure campaign goals are delivered with integrity and excellence.

As a Manager, Campaign and Advancement Projects, you will:

* Design and deliver impactful engagement programs including digital campaigns, communications, and events.
* Create and evolve educational resources that empower Deakin's academic community to identify and leverage philanthropic opportunities.
* Drive strategic project planning and change management, ensuring successful implementation of the University-wide Campaign Plan.
* Champion continuous improvement and best practice, streamlining processes and enhancing campaign outcomes.
* Build strong networks and collaborate across the University, integrating diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.

To be successful, you'll have:

* Postgraduate qualifications (or progress toward them) combined with extensive relevant experience.
* Proven project management expertise, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and with external partners.
* Strong leadership and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
* Goal-driven and proactive, with the ability to resolve challenges, foster teamwork, and deliver outstanding results.
