**REQUIREMENTS**
- Cert II or III in Cleaning Operations (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in domestic cleaning or housekeeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- Understanding of infection control principles
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Infection Prevention Control and Manual Handling in Aged Care training
**RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)**
- Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas
- Doing laundry, including washing, drying, and ironing clothes and linen
- Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment stocked and organized
- Reporting any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
- Assisting with meal service and kitchen clean-up, as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
