Job Description:
* Assist in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
* Provide care and support aligned with residents' preferred daily routines with a strong focus on meal choices and individual nutrition.
* Enhance the overall dining experience by actively engaging with residents to provide social and emotional support during mealtimes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated customer service skills.
* A compassionate and caring attitude.
* Previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience (highly regarded).
* Willingness to take direction from others.
* Reliability and shift flexibility.
* Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
