What you'll be doing
* Providing a range of hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services to our diverse clientele
* Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control
* Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
* Contributing to a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in hairdressing or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Hair Dresser in a salon environment
* Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with trends
* Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
