Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Supervisor to join our team in Coomera, servicing South East Queensland. This role is ideally suited to a professional with proven experience managing large loss insurance claims, including high-value, complex reinstatement projects from assessment through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of large loss insurance reinstatement projects
* Coordinate and deliver works in line with project scopes, timelines, and insurer requirements
* Engage, schedule, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades
* Oversee site operations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance standards
* Manage project budgets, cost control, and variations
* Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and key stakeholders
* Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure strict adherence to OH&S regulations and site safety requirements
Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience managing large loss insurance building projects (essential)
* Strong background in both residential and commercial reinstatement works
* Excellent project coordination and time management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience using Prime (or similar insurance/project management systems) highly regarded
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
* Current driver’s licence (essential)
