Your New Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Certified Practising Valuer to join the Opteon team. This role is based in Cairns and covers a diverse residential portfolio across the local and surrounding markets. You will be supported by established systems, national expertise, and a collaborative team, with the opportunity to continue developing your valuation career in a regional location.

What Sets You Apart
* Certified Practising Valuer status
* Current membership with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland
* Proven experience in residential valuation
* A Degree in Business Property or equivalent qualifications
* Strong attention to detail with high‐quality report writing and analytical capability
* Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication skills
