As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavioral support plans and programs, and assisting with plan implementation.
Working closely with our team, you will provide direct behavioral interventions in individual and group sessions, develop Functional Behavioral Assessments, and train colleagues and caregivers on clinical techniques.

You will also collaborate with professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to develop and implement client goals.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behavior Support, hold or be able to obtain an NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
They should also have proven experience as a Behavior Support Practitioner, Behavior Analyst, or Behavior Therapist, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle.
A willingness to make a significant difference in the lives of the people and families supported is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
