An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the Community Family Health Team at the Margaret Rose Centre, Bundaberg within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Community Family Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
- To support and enhance the capacity of state schools with secondary students to develop structures and environments that promote the health and wellbeing of young people, and to provide secondary school aged young people with access to a limited primary health care service within the school.
- In addition, the School Based Youth Health Nurse (SBYHN) applies expertise and qualified capabilities to effectively support State Schools in addressing the changing and complex needs of young people through a whole of school approach to health promotion that achieves optimal health and wellbeing outcomes for young people.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,906 - $115,604 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
