Event Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the success of our sales and events teams. This position involves supporting these teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone enquiries, updating event documentation, and preparing various signage and collateral.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge and experience with Opera and MS Office. They should be able to work efficiently under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
* Providing ad-hoc support during peak periods, launches or special event days.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with site inspections and occasional on-the-day assistance when required. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
