Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in community and residential aged care settings, providing high-quality care to clients in their homes and aged care facilities.
* Job Summary: This is a part-time role (2 days per week) available for a 6 to 12-month contract. We are looking for a motivated individual who can make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Personalized Care: Provide physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and aged care facilities, focusing on rehabilitation, maintenance of independence, and overall well-being.
2. Support Recovery: Participate in the Rehabilitation in the Home and Hospital in the Home programs, helping clients achieve their recovery goals.
3. Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and GPs, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
4. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
* Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with at least 1 year's experience (community or rehab preferred).
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and travel to clients, and a patient-first mindset.
