This includes repairs, upgrades and full replacements of doors.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Consultant** to join our **Central Quote Desk.** This person will be the link between site teams and customers, crafting clear, competitive quotes for maintenance, upgrades and full door replacements. Based in **Gold Coast** or **Brisbane** office, you'll shape customer outcomes and help deliver safe and reliable door solutions nationwide.* Receive and qualify leads originating from technicians, supervisors, and branch managers, converting them into quotations for repair, maintenance, or full replacement solutions.* Collect and confirm required technical details or escalate to technical sales support as needed.* Support smooth handover to operations with complete and accurate information.* Manage opportunities funnel from national and regional customers, ensuring timely follow‐up and progression.* Contact new and existing customers generated from marketing campaigns, programs, and inbound inquiries.* Ensure customer satisfaction by answering / escalating questions that may arise.* Maintain clear and detailed customer data.* Support collection activities by reinforcing payment terms when required.* A can-do attitude and someone who is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to our customers.* Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and understand our range of product offerings.* Experience using a CRM- Salesforce desired.* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.* Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own.* A willingness to learn new technical skills.**There's so much more to KONE than you may realise.*** Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisation.* Access a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work.* Grow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills.A job at KONE is the start of an experience like no other.
