Job Description About the role:
We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our bustling inbound contact centre on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming voice of KinCare, dedicated to ensuring every interaction exceeds our customers' expectations. As the first point of contact, you'll manage inbound calls from KinCare customers, Care Workers and various stakeholders, adeptly handling inquiries and ad-hoc requests with professionalism and timeliness.
About you:

Customer service experience within a call centre setting
Strong communication and active listening skills
Empathy, patience and a solution-focused approach
Resilience and a positive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong computer skills and experience with CRMs (Salesforce experience is advantageous)
Industry experience and/or a passion for community work is highly regarded
