Job Opportunity: Warranty Claims Specialist
This role involves supporting customers with warranty claims for their vehicles. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the warranty repair process and managing daily operations with our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
* At least 2-3 years experience in customer service and/or servicing & repair management, or similar experience in the automotive industry with basic mechanical knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and the workshop team.
* Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers when managing outstanding warranty claims.
* Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes.
* Flexibility to work with new technology platforms.
