Are you an experienced Bookkeeper (3-5 years experience) who is looking at stepping into a new firm where you are a valued team member? If you enjoy all aspects of bookkeeping and helping clients, this job is for you!
**The Role**:
- Process payroll and STP
- Pay superannuation and payroll tax monthly
- Annually reconcile wages, superannuation and payroll tax
- Import and check supplier payments
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Perform data entry in client data files
- Prepare BAS using established processes
- Reconcile, process and pay Workcover
- Provide software and troubleshooting support
**About you**:
- Considerable experience in both MYOB and XERO software
- Must have experience in processing large payrolls
- Previous experience with payrolls using a rostering system an advantage
- Strong Excel skills as we produce many adhoc reports for our clients using this software,
- Strong previous Bookkeeping experience
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Professional communication skills
