We are looking for a
creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant
to join our team and help elevate our brand through engaging content, social media, digital assets, training materials, video, product launches and more.

The Role
Reporting to the Associate Director – Marketing, Training & Improvements, you will support a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives, including:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
Film and edit training and marketing videos.
Update brochures, manuals, and training materials.
Maintain, update and improve our WordPress website.
Prepare blogs, newsletters, EDMs, analytics reporting and presentations.
Assist with grant/tender submissions.
Create internal training content for staff and distributors.
Support internal communications and improvement initiatives.
Provide general admin support when needed.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and brand consistency.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Adobe Express).
Video editing and content creation skills (preferred).
Experience with WordPress (preferred).
Understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital analytics (bonus).
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong visual sense.
Positive, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
