Remote Live Chat and Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled communicator to guide families through challenging times, providing sensitive and supportive responses via live chat and social media.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. As a Remote Live Chat and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing live chat conversations, prioritizing timely and empathetic responses.

You will also build and engage online communities through social media interactions, fostering conversation in online forums that showcase our values and mission.
