About the Role
This is a broad construction role with aprimary focus on back end disputes, complemented byfront end contract reviews and advisory work.
You'll work closely with a respected Partner and multiple seniors in a large, well-resourced team.
Your work will include:
Construction litigation and disputes;
Security of payment matters and adjudication;
Delay, variations, defect claims and contractual interpretation;
Contract drafting, reviews and risk advice (front end component);
Infrastructure, energy, resources and government projects;
Working with multiple Partners across a high-performing practice.
This is a role where you get real responsibility at your level - with genuine support and high-end matters that rival the top tiers.
About You
You'll have:
2–10 years' PAE in construction law (back end, front end or mixed backgrounds considered);
Experience managing files and building client relationships;
Confidence working across a busy, cooperative team.
Backgrounds from construction, projects or commercial litigation are all suitable.
