Currently, there is an exciting part-time opportunity to join our team in a Finance Assistant role
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to provide support to our Finance Manager. This role allows you to work autonomously whilst working alongside a fantastic team of great thinkers at a fun and exciting workplace
This role requires availability for 20 hours per week, spread over 4 days and offers a competitive salary. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic professional, this might be the role for you

Your responsibilities
Bank Account Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliation
Accounts Payable – entry, reconciliation, payments
Accounts Receivable – reconciliation across systems, statements, collections
General Ledger management and reconciliation
Payroll support
General Administration and Accounting tasks
About you
Proficient with Xero
2-5 years in a similar role
Certificate 4 or higher in accounting
An ambitious self-starter and team player who is ready to support our success and continual growth
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our teams and our clients
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in organisation and time management
Intermediate Excel skills are preferred but not essential
