We have two casual positions available. One offers 10 to 15 hours each week, and the other offers one shift a week or one shift a fortnight. Both roles include additional hours during school holidays and busy trading periods. These positions are perfect for students or anyone wanting enjoyable work that fits easily around their life.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the friendly and welcoming face of Stockland Rockhampton. Your role is all about supporting our customers, our retailers and our Centre Management team with care and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering great customer support at the Customer Care Desk.
* Assisting with general administration and day to day centre tasks.
* Helping with marketing and community activity during peak periods.
* Providing extra coverage when team members are unwell or on leave.
* Building positive relationships with customers, retailers and contractors.
Flexibility is important, as you may be called on to assist at short notice when the team needs support.
About You
You are friendly, reliable and enjoy helping others. You work well with people, fit comfortably into a team and take pride in creating positive experiences. You might be a school or university student, or someone simply looking for a small, meaningful role that fits around your life.
We welcome both entry level and experienced candidates.
Experience and Skills That Count
* Customer service experience is ideal but not essential.
* Confidence interacting with people of all ages.
* Good communication and a positive attitude.
* Ability to adapt and step in when extra support is needed.
* Comfortable with basic administration tasks.
