JCB Customer Solutions Consultant – Casual Contract
Location: Truganina, Victoria
Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 3:36pm

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
* Conduct outbound calls to JCB customers regarding scheduled servicing, maintenance and repair requirements
* Identify service opportunities and convert customer conversations into confirmed service bookings
* Qualify customer requirements and accurately capture equipment and service information
* Raise service jobs and maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Liaise with internal service, scheduling and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Follow up customer enquiries and support service-related campaigns
* Maintain accurate call notes and activity records
* Escalate urgent customer concerns and service requirements when necessary

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre, scheduling, administration or outbound sales roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence engaging with customers over the phone
* Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive attitude with a genuine focus on customer service
* Experience within construction, equipment hire, automotive, industrial, agricultural or related industries will be highly regarded
