Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere. Your role involves responding to enquiries, providing advice and information, up-selling and cross-selling products and services.
About the Role
You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with members and customers, ensuring every interaction contributes to their sense of belonging and growth.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Respond to enquiries, provide advice and information, and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Up-sell and cross-sell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
4. Prepare point of sale devices and perform office administration tasks as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a customer service or sales environment.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or the ability to obtain them.
* A qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation, or a related field, is desirable but not essential.
