Seacycle Swim is an Australian lifestyle and fashion brand specialising in sustainable resort wear and swim. We're a small team with a passion for quality, creativity, and customer experience. Our small warehouse is the heart of our operations – where customer orders are prepared with care and attention to detail.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Casual Warehouse & All-Round Assistant to join our team over the busy summer season. This role is hands-on in the warehouse but also varied – you'll pitch in across different areas of the business when needed, from customer service support to social media snippets.
Responsibilities include:
* Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care.
* Preparing parcels for dispatch, including labelling and scanning.
* Organising stock in the warehouse (folding, replenishing shelves, counting inventory).
* Assisting with receiving deliveries and stock checks.
* Handling customer service inquiries (email, Shopify, socials) with professionalism and warmth. Training will be provided.
* Being self-sufficient and dependable – someone we can trust to keep things running smoothly if we're not onsite.
* Appearing in fun behind-the-scenes content or helping with quick warehouse/social media videos.
* Helping at photoshoots, behind the scenes work and content creation.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, stable, and able to show initiative.
* Must have their own car
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* Fun and creative is a plus.
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
* Confident with customer service tasks (training will be given)
* Comfortable working on their feet and lifting light to medium boxes
* A positive team player with a "can-do" attitude.
* Happy to join in behind-the-scenes content (casual, fun snippets) – social media/content skills are a big plus.
