Our opportunity
As Project Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising individual project marketing plans that deliver on stated sales and marketing objectives and contributes to the achievement of project’s budgets and targets through teaming. The role can be across a group of projects, product line or a singular project.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Drive Mirvac and project procedures and processes.
·Develop project marketing strategies and ensure effective implementation and delivery.
·Develop and manage project budgets and cash flows within project parameters to deliver targets and achieve most efficient ROI across all projects.
·Ongoing measurement and analysis of campaigns to ensure strategies deliver on budgeted sales targets and cost per sale.
·Reporting project targets and market analysis.
·High level of financial accountability in approving and processing where required.
·Assist with positioning brand, marketing activities and systems.
·Enhance customer experience through customer service process, presentation, systems and programs to maximise sales potential.
·Provide thought leadership on operational issues and work with project team to ensure project goals are achieved.
·Analyse and interpret data and make decisions for marketing strategies based on insights from data analysis.
·Foster strong relationships with other Mirvac departments to ensure overall delivery of project objectives.
·Foster liaison with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers.
·Management and reporting of project buyer profiles.
·Manage relationships at state level with Marketing Manager.
·Work with builders to implement products based on consumer needs/research.
·Maximise PR and industry network opportunities.
·Assist in driving a proactive social media strategy.
Your point of difference
·3+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising
·Experience in project management
·Solid marketing experience in creative design, digital and social marketing, and working with agencies Property sector experience
·Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications
·Solid commercial/financial/legal/compliance acumen
·Good leadership and people development skills
·Good Microsoft Suite skills
