Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding.
Provide advice on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain HR documentation and reporting.
Drive cultural initiatives such as social events and engagement activities.
Collaborate with HSE to support workforce needs.
The Successful Applicant
1+ years in an HR Advisor or similar role.
Approachable, personable, and confident engaging with all levels.
Strong generalist HR knowledge and ability to work independently.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across all levels.
HR qualification or relevant experience.
Full Australian work rights.
Driver's licence.
