* Confidently lead the design and execution of the P&C strategy
* Extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics or similar
* Strong coaching, influence and relationship building skills
* $150K +super + other benefits
HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR | Permanent | Cairns
* Support all facets of HR functions across the organisation
* Work in a positive, inclusive and compliant workplace
* Ideal experience will be across community services or health
* $95K - $100K +super
HR CONSULTANTS | Temporary | Cairns
* Assist with panel interview processes, panel scribing, conduct reference checks and prepare selection reports
* $80 +super per hour
PAYROLL & HR OFFICER| Temp Initially | Cairns (regular remote travel)
* End-to-end weekly payroll for 100+ employees
* Maintain and audit employee records and ensure compliance
* Manage payroll changes, timesheets, super, PAYG, and statutory obligations
* Support generalist HR functions
* Respectful engagement with First Nations communities
* $80K - $90K+ generous leave and benefits
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in these roles, you will bring:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience in similar HR roles
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
* Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
* In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior HR functions and leadership teams
* Solid operational HR capability, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
* Experience managing workers' compensation, non-work-related illness/injury cases, redeployment, and fitness-for-work assessments
* Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to professional development, with a focus on fostering diversity and workplace flexibility
* A resilient, proactive, and positive approach to challenges
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong systems proficiency
* The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
