Important Group Sales Management Role:

"Group Sales & Business Development Management Role". At a time of exceptional growth both in our local and Global Export Business, a New Position of Group Sales & Business Development is being looked at to assist our Existing Teams and Senior Management. Key to this role, is both proven historical and current Sales Growth Management Skills, with the experience to run sales teams across various jurisdictions; as well as a firm knowledge of working to launch and run New Product Sales and Branding; both within Australia and Abroad. Your Required Skills must be those related to Proven Sales/Sales-Marketing Management in Process Engineering Sectors across Australasia, with at least 8 to 10 years sales management track record. Our ideal candidate would assist us in Managing and Building upon 25 Years of continuous growth and innovation with exclusive Products and our own Patented World Wide Technology-Made here in Australia.

Our Focus both Short and Long Term, from both our Melbourne office, and Technical Business Development Hub, and in the field in front of Key Accounts, is working with the existing Customer Care Team; helping Establish and Grow our Sales & Brands. Pivotal to this is, the right Person to represent our Product and Brand to Key Blue Chip Process Companies in Mining, Industry, Energy, Defence, Food-Beverage and more.

The Opportunity and Your Skills:

This New role requires a person with Drive, Vision and relevant Industry Sales Management experience; while delivering Autonomy and growth Potential within the Senior Management Team. You must be comfortable at all levels of selling and presentation, from Board room, to Factory floor… This role is for those who are a Talented B2B Business Development Manager, with a Proven Sales Growth History, as well as the Senior Sales-Marketing Planning Skills to run Sales Teams by example; as well as running Sales-Marketing Campaigns. Being a great communicator, able to Lead a Sales Team by Example i.e. running your own Key accounts, as well as optimising Sales Tools CRM & Sales Reporting is critical to the role, along with abilities to work closely with both Senior Sales Management and Marketing, to achieve measurable growth In short, we are Looking for an experienced hands on "Senior Sales & Business Development Manager".

Critical in this Important Role, will be your ability to show proven B2B End User and OE Engineering / Process or Industrial Sector Senior Sales Skills, and how these skills can be related to our products and their market applications While working with your Sales-Marketing Teams on Sales Growth; as well as directly with our Key Accounts/distributors, this position is for those with forward thinking, invested in the Long Term reward by achieving Growth and expecting reward & commitment in return. This role will involve Travel, Trade show and Customer visits as and where required.

This role is perfect for both B2B Sales Managers and Senior Sales BD's, with a minimum 8 to 10 years B2B Sales Development experience in Australasian Engineering-Process Industries; that is currently operating in or looking for a more Senior Group Level & hands on Business Development role. You MUST have the field Sales Management experience and Full work rights in Australia, with Australian Sales B2B-BDM Experience.
