We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Newmont Boddington. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, perfect for someone who knows mobile plant inside out and thrives on keeping machines – and people – running at their best.

Your Skills & Experience
* Trade qualified (HD Fitter/Mechanical – essential)
* Proven leadership in mobile plant maintenance (civil/mining)
* Section 26 Statutory Supervisor (or willing to obtain)
* Strong mechanical knowledge + hands-on problem solving
* Confident with systems, apps & digital job tracking
* Solid grasp of WHS compliance & safety-first culture
* WA Driver's License (HR desirable)
* Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi earthmoving gear
* Background with Kenworth & Mack trucks + ancillary equipment
* Strong communicator, able to liaise with crews, clients & suppliers
The Role
* Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
* Mentor and guide your crew to deliver safely and efficiently
* Manage breakdowns and keep maintenance schedules on track
* Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues
* Ensure plant is safe, reliable, and ready to perform
