Senior Director - Project Finance (Infrastructure)
BTI Executive Search is supporting a high profile and respected organisation that is currently experiencing significant increased deal flow.
This position will work closely with an Executive Leader to identify, negotiate, structure and lead deal teams to execute transactions across Australia.
The Senior Director will be accountable for a portfolio of client projects across the entire project lifecycle. You will screen suitable investment opportunities and foster a high‐performing deal delivery culture.
Responsibilities
* Lead deal teams in the structuring and execution of complex infrastructure transactions.
* Liaise with counterparties across both the private and public sectors.
* Lead the preparation of credit committee papers and contribute towards the underlying financial and credit analysis where required.
* Maintain deal integrity through risk identification, mitigation planning and compliance.

Qualifications
* A strong track record of leading and executing project or corporate finance deals.
* Advanced capability in interpreting, interrogating and testing complex financial models.

* Experience in leading loan and asset management for in‐life projects.
