Office Manager
We are seeking a highly energetic, hands-on, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to join our global Office Management team. Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily workplace experience at our office. You will report to our Regional Workplace Manager in Singapore and work closely with the Country Manager for AUNZ to ensure an excellent office environment.
The core responsibilities include partnering with leadership to maintain a safe and productive work environment, managing logistics and office issues, and supervising external service providers. You will also act as an ambassador and champion of our company culture.
What you'll do
1. Create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff—internal and external.
2. Serve as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries.
3. Collaborate with IT, Onboarding, Events, Marketing, HR, and other teams to align on needs, changes, and office culture.
4. Coordinate visitor experiences such as interviews, client visits, trainings, and more.
5. Manage building-related contacts, including maintenance and repairs.
6. Ensure security and compliance with on-site security management, emergency preparedness, and visitor protocols.
7. Support regional workplace needs by working with other office managers across the region.
8. Manage suppliers and seek new vendors as needed.
9. Lead CSR activities and encourage staff involvement through a committee.
10. Plan and execute team-building and celebratory events in collaboration with local leadership.
11. Oversee office space planning, moves, and workstation changes, providing solutions as needed.
12. Support remote onboarding and send anniversary or care packages.
13. Manage office discount schemes.

- Experience as an Office Manager in a setting with at least 30 employees.

- Excellent partnership and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of technical/electric building systems is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is also a plus.
