* Provide outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via email.
* Assist with processing orders and tracking customer requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Using SAP and Microsoft Teams daily.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
* Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
* Handle customer feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service Professional Should Have
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the FMCG, Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
