Site Operations Coordinator
Our organisation is seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to cover a 12-month contract. This key role combines financial control, procurement coordination, maintenance management and administrative support.
This position requires effective management of site finances, including budget forecasting and month-end reporting. You will also be responsible for coordinating procurement processes, processing invoices and managing purchase orders through SAP and VAMS.
The successful candidate will oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement of administrative processes, maintain site documentation and quality assurance requirements.
Responsibilities include coordinating site training, inductions and special events, as well as managing contractor/visitor coordination and site access. You will also support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations.
Qualifications required include experience in office administration or purchasing. Essential skills include excellent organisational and communication abilities, as well as experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
