The Role
* Assist our Chef in food preparation and delivery
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage rooms and dining areas
* Stock and organise supplies and produce
* Wash dishes
* Adhere to food safety standards
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
Physical demands: This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
What we're looking for
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Previous demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen setting
* Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to cleanliness
* Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
* Excellent time management skills
* Versatile attitude to hours, including weekends, public holidays and on short notice
* A current valid driver's licence is essential
