Job Title: HR Business Partner
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This exciting opportunity will support the leadership team and drive organisational change, with a focus on developing strong people strategies for retention and high performance.
* Partner with operational leaders to understand business objectives and develop effective HR strategies.
* Enhance data, analytics, tools, templates, and resources to support leaders in building and developing high-performance teams.
* Support workforce planning, including analysing staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, and recommending strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
* Oversee tools, systems, and processes that support internal development, succession, onboarding, induction, performance, and change management.
* Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analysis of people analytics to identify key business trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Assist with recruitment and provide innovative ways of attracting top talent.
* Utilize behavioural assessment tools and provide expertise across ideal behavioural competencies for each role.
* Provide leadership and advice across all areas of Human Resource operations to assist all facets of the business in undertaking and implementing HR processes.
* Support internal work health and safety matters by ensuring appropriate processes are adhered to.
* Support and promote organisational culture and implement strategies to enhance culture in line with organisational blueprint.
* Support the development, implementation, and effectiveness of relevant HRIS systems and processes.
* Support policy roll out, change management, and training initiatives.
* Lead engagement survey processes, determine trends, and implement appropriate action.

* A minimum 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role with demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive organisational change and develop strong people strategies for retention and high performance.

* Exceptional communication and influencing skills; across multiple levels and functions, both internally and externally.
* The ability to work in a discreet manner and maintain confidentiality.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and prioritise workload accordingly.

* A strong understanding of Human Resource activities across the employee life cycle, including legal compliance and associated HR legislative requirements.
