**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple Administration Officers with student services experience to join their team at Strathfield. This is an estimated 3month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within the Child Care Studies team, you will be responsible for providing frontline services and support to students and education professionals whilst working within a fast paced, high volume and dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional, high quality frontline customer service
- Provide information on enrolment, courses and admissions
- Processing transactions and payments
- Updating and maintaining student information and records into the database
- Preparation and formatting documentation/files
- Generating routine reports
- Order stationery and maintain office equipment
- Preparation of delivery rooms, first aid and classrooms presentation
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating partnerships and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with best practice, standards and legislation
**About You**
- Demonstrated Administration and Business support experience
- Previous Student Services or Public Sector experience, highly advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Proactive and efficient whilst producing quality outcomes and service delivery
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
**Requirements**:
- Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
