This position provides an efficient appointment booking service for all patients and supports efficient utilisation of booking time available for clinicians. The role supports patient access to Oral Health's Standard Range of Services in accordance with the Oral Health Services Waiting List Guideline and Eligibility Guideline.
Responsibilities
Provide an efficient appointment booking service for all patients and maximise the use of booking time available for clinicians.
Support patient access to Oral Health's Standard Range of Services in accordance with the Waiting List Guideline and Eligibility Guideline.
Deliver frontline and frontline support activities to help Townsville Oral Health Service meet Service Agreement Key Performance Indicators.

Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (full-time) and $38.81-$43.16 p.h. (part-time) (AO3)
4 weeks annual leave (pro rata for part-time) with 17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role with Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis vaccines relevant to the role
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administration role is highly desirable, particularly where high-level customer service is required to support patients.
