As a People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our employee lifecycle are running smoothly.
About This Role
This role requires you to be highly organized, proactive, and reliable. You will own the administrative and documentation processes for starters, leavers, internal changes, and parental leave, ensuring full compliance and a positive experience.
* Maintain accurate records within our HRIS system.
* Coordinate and administer all employee benefits and visa / right-to-work processes.
* Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and suggest practical solutions.
