The Role Reporting to the General Manager, Procurement you will work within a team of 5, who are all responsible for their own portfolio, end to end (no direct reports). You will be responsible for managing the procurement of capital projects and ensuring the cost effectiveness spend across a range of capital projects, execution and delivery of objectives for all projects in line with company policies and procedures. This is a 12-month FTC covering a maternity leave, commencing ASAP, ideally within January to allow a handover with the incumbent. They operate a 38-hour week, 100% office based. Duties Some of your duties will include: Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for capital projects Lead tender and RFP processes, manage evaluations, and negotiate with suppliers Drive cost-effective solutions aligned with project objectives Build and maintain a strong supplier network for ongoing capital works Ensure compliance with vendor selection, contracting, and pricing standards Support project teams with commercial and compliance requirements Act as the key contact for capital-related contracts and stakeholder communication Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a senior full portfolio Procurement role - 8 years minimum Previous experience in the Building and/or Construction industry or similar - essential Experience in negotiations and contract formulation and execution for capital works projects Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
