Reporting directly to the Human Resources Coordinator, this is a true HR generalist role requiring a practical, hands-on professional responsible for all aspects of HR across the business. You will work with a team of HR Officers supporting various teams. This can be either full-time or part-time—let us know your preferred hours!The Human Resources Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager in areas such as recruitment, staff inductions, employee relations, and HR policy development. You will also maintain SWAMS HR databases, including personnel records.The SWAMS is dedicated to improving employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
