Your key responsibilities include:Project Leadership – Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of projectsContract & Financial Management – Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost controlStakeholder Engagement – Build robust client relationships and lead project meetingsSite Coordination – Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractorsSafety & Compliance – Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvementWhat You Bring5+ years' experience in civil project managementBachelor's degree - ConstructionManagement, Civil Engineering, or related fieldTrack record managing projects valued between $5M–$50MExpertise in subdivisions, TfNSW projects, and multi-disciplinary civil workStrong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skillsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesMandatory RequirementsDriver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction Training)Relevant industry certificationsReady to Take the Next Step?
