About The Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office team and play a key role in a transformation program that includes a number of initiatives including the development and implementation of a firm-wide pricing strategy, as well as process improvements, system replacements and upgrades. You'll analyse and document current state processes, assist to co-design target state, support the development of business cases and elicit and document technology requirements.
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and our legal practice groups, using your analytical and communication skills to influence decision-making at the highest level
*What you'll do*
* Document current state and target state processes
* Evaluate how potential pricing changes will affect systems and processes for inclusion in a business case
* Support project planning, documentation and testing
* Elicit and document business and technology requirements
* Support change impact analysis and planning
* Prepare support collateral for end users
*What will you bring?*
You'll have experience working as a Business Analyst in a professional services or project-oriented environment, with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations. You'll be skilled in gathering and documenting requirements, preparing business cases, and working collaboratively across multiple functions. A strong commercial mindset and understanding of business and financial processes will be key to your success.
You'll also bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the confidence to engage with senior leaders, and the adaptability to manage competing
